People Force International provide the following Recruitment Solutions:

Executive Search & Selection: this service is used to source candidates for senior, executive or highly specialised/niche positions globally. This service uses a targeted approach that taps into the passive talent pool (i.e. those candidates that are not necessarily looking for a career move but become interested as a result of our approach).

Targeted Recruitment Campaign: this service is aimed at senior executives looking for their next career move. People Force International will work closely and exclusively with the senior executive and will actively make introductions to an agreed list of target organisations with the objective of placing the candidate into a new career opportunity.

Low to mid-level Generalist Recruitment: this service is used to recruit candidates for low to mid-level positions mainly within the UK. Salaries may range from £18,000 – £45,000 per annum. Candidates are sourced through job boards, advertisements, LinkedIn, our extensive database, our network of contacts and word of mouth. We are typically able to produce a short-list of qualified candidates within 7 to 10 days of being instructed of a vacancy.

Talent Sourcing: this service is provided on a monthly retained basis where specialist/niche skills are sourced from carefully identified target industries and global locations. People Force International would produce a qualified list of candidates on a monthly basis to its clients.

Total Recruitment Outsourcing: this service manages all recruitment needs for the client from low level to very senior appointments. The entire recruitment function is outsourced to People Force International and depending on the volume of recruitment required, services are provided onsite and/or remotely.
